📦 Shipping Policy – United Christian Apparel

Thank you for shopping with United Christian Apparel. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


🚚 Shipping Carrier:

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).


⏱ Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 7 to 15 business days (Monday through Friday) after the order is placed.

  • This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.


📦 Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 14 to 31 calendar days, depending on USPS service and your location.

Please note: Shipping times may be delayed during high-volume seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen postal service disruptions.


📍 Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address.
If a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • United Christian Apparel is not responsible, and no refund will be issued.

  • If the item is returned to us, the customer must pay for reshipping.


📬 Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, a USPS tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can use it to track your package directly at www.usps.com.


📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged during transit by USPS. However, we will assist you in contacting USPS to help resolve any issues.


🔁 Return Shipping Responsibility:

If your return is approved (see our Return Policy), please note:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • All returns must be sent using USPS.

  • If the error was made by United Christian Apparel (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover all return and reshipment costs.
